When To Expect Your Order
Typically, your products will ship within 1-5 business days from our warehouse in Selangor, Malaysia. Standard ground delivery is normally an additional 3-5 business days. You designate the priority of your delivery, next day air, second day air, or ground delivery. Charges are calculated based on current UPS rates. All orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Malaysian Time, will not be processed until the following business day. Saturday and Sunday do not count as business days according to UPS guidelines.
Our estimated delivery date for your order is based how quickly we can obtain and ship your items, your shipping address, and the shipping speed and options you chosse.ment, plus additional, smaller fees for each item in that shipment. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the last page of the order form, before you submit your order.

Shipping Methods and Carriers
We use a variety of carriers for each shipping option, and will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your desired shipping address
Shipping to a P.O. box
We do not ship items to P.O Box addresses. Items must be shipped to a street address.
Shipping Restricitions
Some items cannot be shipped to these destinations or shipping method choices may be limited. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from e-kata.com.my/store. You can depend on our cooperation and assistance if for some reason you wish to return your purchase. Please follow the guidelines below for your return.
The e-kata.com.my/store will accept merchandise return / exchange under the following conditions:
*All returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized by the e-kata.com.my/store before shipping any merchandise to our Customer Service Center. To receive a return authorization number and prepaid shipping label, please call the Customer Service Center at 03-89262678 during business hours.
*For all other returns/exchanges we offer the following two options.
- Product may be returned in method of your choice at your expense. We recommend insuring the package and using a service that can provide tracking information to ensure successful delivery.
- At your request we will issue a prepaid shipping label. The return shipping fees will be deducted from the amount of your return (shipping fee will be quoted over the phone when requesting the return authorization). If we determine at our sole discretion that the merchandise you return is not eligible for return or exchange, you authorize us to charge the return shipping charges to your original payment source.
*If you are returning manufacturer defective merchandise, we will pay the cost of return shipping only if you use the postage prepaid return label.
*Please note the return authorization number on the outside of the shipping package to expedite processing of your return/exchange.
*Returns/exchanges must be received within 14 days of authorization. If received after 14 days, you will be charged a $25.00 re-stock fee.
*All returned merchandise is subject to quality inspection. We will not accept worn/damaged merchandise for exchange or refund. If items are returned in unacceptable condition, they will be returned back to you at your expense.
NOTE: CDs, DVDs or other electronic media may only be returned if in the original unopened package. Undergarments are non-returnable.
*Due to the collectible nature and high value of Personalized Jerseys, Memorabilia and Auction categories, these items are non-returnable. All sales are final.
*NO RETURNS / EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE.
